Once a subscription is activated and access to educational content is provided, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Lack of usage

Dissatisfaction with content

2. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time.

No partial or prorated refunds will be provided for unused days

Cancellation will stop future billing cycles

The current active subscription period will remain valid until expiry

3. Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or as selected).

You are responsible for managing or cancelling your subscription before the next billing date

By subscribing, you authorize automatic recurring payments

4. Payment Failures

If a payment fails:

Subscription may be cancelled by the payment provider

Access to services may be suspended automatically

5. Exceptional Cases

Refunds will be considered only if:

  • A payment is debited more than once due to a technical error
  • Access is not provided due to a verified system failure from our side

Any such request must be raised within 48 hours of payment with valid proof.
